The Ask
Create an internal brand for WillowTree's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that highlight each group's own unique voice. I drew inspiration from the pillow we had in the office, "Everyone is welcome here," and ensured all of the characters were interacting to represent the connection and inclusion at WillowTree.

The illustrations and branding is applied to in-office posters, SWAG, and on a new website landing page.
